Simply download 768T-2[X=A,B]TBUS1.otz from support and reflash and unlock again. Before flashing do a FORMAT FILE SYSTEM AND SELECT YES

And cant be dead from unlock because from log you posted the soft didnt even connect with the phone

unlock this model works without sim but as soon as you inserted a simcard it wont boot up

Probably the phone doesnt like the sim. Try reflashing using fw from support as its newer.
