Need help unlocking an Alcatel 9015B tablet. Its running 6.0.1

I have tried connecting it this way

Connect the phone powered off with both volume down and up pressed or connect the phone powered off and leave it connected to the usb till it shows the battery/charging screen ;

Nothing happening

I am begining to believe that 9015B is different than the 9015W that I see in firehose mode.

Were can I get this service codes to buy

We don't have codes for them. Sure no port created !?

I can hear sound of it connecting to PC, but not seeing it in device manager. It also shows charging on the Tablet.

Can then root it and enable the diag from the pack5 soft
