I can't unlock cricket 5054o I tried firehorse mode and diag mode please help.

Connect the phone powered off with both volume down and up pressed or connect the phone powered off and leave it connected to the usb till it shows the battery/charging screen ;

Problem fixed by .:hack3r2k:.

problem was alcatel flint 5054o stuck on alcatel because of trying to root.

and now the phone is alive
