Hi , i canot open " AlcatelMTKPhoneUnlockTool v1.0.1.3.exe " allways get this message " PLEASE CONECT DONGLE FIRST " i have updated my dongle to pack 8 .. still canot open .. need advice .. thank you

Can i see update log ? Are you sure you are trying latest version ?
