My Mobile is Alcatel one touch 4007D dual SIM a and it is locked , I already had unlock code . but I couldn't enter the unlock code because the mobile giving me this message " The Slot has been permanently locked " how can i solve that ?? i tried hard reset, rooting, changing SIM , and dialing Dial *#*#3646633#*#* ,then Go to menu Telephony -> Simme lock but everything there is disabled if you have a solve for that please provide me ....
