i tried hard reset, rooting, changing SIM , and dialing Dial *#*#3646633#*#* ,then Go to menu Telephony -> Simme lock but everything there is disabled

if you have a solve for that please provide me ....

Use OTSmart 468. Flash it and the counter will reset and can enter the unlock code again

All the drivers are included in usb_driver.rar that comes inside program archive

Hi guys , I have a problem with unlocking a 4007d i'm on win7 x64 ,installed the mtk android unlock drivers but on cdc device not installing the driver even i manually try it tell me no driver for this device in that location. I'm doing something wrong or drivers not good on x64 version ?

Sorry I was posting to fast , you need to manually instaling the drivers but selected other location not the folder with the the good .inf , so just add new com driver and select the good location and then debug one from list.
