Alcatel One Touch 990 Counter Bloqued !!! - GSM-Forum

Please anyone help me to reset the counter bloque on my Alcatel one touch 990 because the phone had gone to other unlocking shop but they could not unlock so tried to put unlock code many times, now after i switch on phone with sim card phone doesnt ask for NCK it shows NO SERVICE but when i go to choose network it shows network so its not hardware issue, i think if i reset the nck counter all should be good so please Hacker or @Orbita help me asap!!

If code not accepted please full reset phone and try again!
Full reset: Phone off, press [#]+[power] or [vol up]+[power]!

i tried hard reset but still doesnt work, the phone doesnt even ask for a code, when i put sim it says no service it means it has accepted the sim card but cannot register on the network that the phone is NOT locked to. Please i need a solution to reset counter block. I saw other post about the same problem but moderators allays told them to privately contact them as solution is still under test. i tried contacting the mods but no reply from them, hopefully will get a reply soon!! but still thnx for ur help!

hello,

have same problem, code readed with furious, but phone want accept (insert code unsuccesfull ...) i think counter locked too. Any hint? Phone hard reset done already too.
