::alcatel ot-4010x strange problem ::

Hi!
I have alcatel Ot-4010X Displaying Network Locked on Screen But Is not asking for Network Code

The engineering menu shows all Networks Greyed Out in SIM ME LOCK

Tried Direct Unlock with MTKREADER

But Direct Unlock Error
