I try to unlock it on pack6, buy always say " ERROR: Device not found !
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;
I use OTSmart, V1.0.0.838
I just want to know how to done it

Does it need to ROOT ?
Doest it need USB debugging enable ?

Phone must be powered off and you attach to the usb when the sw is looking for it. You don't need any root or usb debug. Drivers are on the support OTSmart_usb_flash_driver.rar . Must do the same as you see on the video. If you are on win7 must run the spinstall exe from x86 or x64 as admin. If you cannot manage then you can always contact me over skype

Still the drivers are the bad ones. I work after gmt+2. For sure we can find our self on skype

something wrong with driver on my comp, but don't know how to fix
thank anyway

I just unlock well done on T-Mobile OT-4037T, no problem,
but not OT-4.37N, maybe Metro PCS have different security

How to buy from your Remote Unlock, Do I need connect it to computer ? if yes I can not because my computer have driver problem with my computer on this phone, even I just done model from T-Mobile, but boot_Error with Metro PCS
if can connect to computer , it get unlocked via Packed 6

You dont need the phone to use REMOTE UNLOCK
