Alcatel ot-6010x unlocking

Hihi..
I tried use mtk reader for alcatel one touch star ot-6010x unlocking.
the result is :

Searching phone;
Phone detected (@oem148.inf,%mtk_preloader%;PreLoader USB VCOM Port)
Preparing to start meta mode;
Searching for debug port; (be sure drivers from support were installed)
Debug Port found on Android Gadget VCOM Driver (COM221);
Preparing to connect meta mode;
Meta mode entered;
Baseband Chip: MT6577
Sw version: MAUI.11AMD.W12.22.SP.V15.F5.P3
Hw Version: JRDSH77_CU_JB_HW
Reading phone info;
IMEI: 869491-01-xxxxxx-x
Reading simlock info;
ERROR: Simlock data error (38)

Time needed - 00:00:39

any solutions?

I been await since morning till now.
my time gmt +10 and now is almost 7.30pm here..
