Hi,
If you already have the 708X-2ATLES1 backup secure file in your PC, please select the work mode as "Load security file from archive". You can use it for your provider ID, 708X-2ATLES2, last digit difference doesn't impact your job.
If you try the phone connection for reading secure information, you should select a right COM port. Error 1924 means "change baudrate fail", as according to your screen snapshot, you select the COM1 which is Windows OS reserved.

Wrong nck means phone was altered by other tool. Do security rebuild with our tool for direct unlock

Hi,
We don't promise the backup secure file is correct as they are shared by users not us. If the NCK is wrong, maybe the backup secure file is incorrect, or your handset's real secure config conflict with its provider ID what you can see.
Suggest you still try the real handset connection as the work mode. But again, according to your snapshot, you still use the wrong COM port. COM1 is always reserved by Windows OS. You should choose the right one for work. Error 4086 means download DA file to handset failed.

Hi,
To avoid any confusion, I just made a test by myself.
All work correctly without problem.
I don't understand how and what you did.
You can refer my screen snapshot as below if you want.
https://www.rapidshare.com/files/361...e_snapshot.JPG

And thanks for your report, such m*key result is wrong
For such provider ID (708X-2XTLES2), only NCK is available, no any other unlock codes are needed.
Yes, its NCK value(0222102245) is correct, you can use it to unlock your handset network lock. But please take care that the SPCK value is absolute dummy.
Hope you can be always lucky enough to get such partial correct result from other solution.

B.R.
Eason
