Alcatel ot07041D Dead after flash

Hello, furious team!
I have alcatel ot-7041D : 7041D-2BMSRU1. I flashed 7041D-2[X=A,B,C,E,F,G]ALRU1.osp file. After that I can not turn it on or flash any firmware. When I try to flash I get error:

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5
Searching phone;
Phone detected (@oem146.inf,%mtk6218%;MTK USB Port)
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM67
Connecting;
Downloading DA;
Initializing;
ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

I don't have back'up. I can't flash it via Updater. Please help with advise.
