I have OT871A from ATT, I read codes with FG, the set 1 and 2 are the same, the phone dont accept this codes.

How can I unlock it ?

Did you try reading code by pressing * key?

Try USING the (* STAR) Key and post the result
Sometimes different code are generated when the * STAR key is pressed
NB I can see that SET 1 and SET 2 are the same codes
