Alcatel OT7041 flashing problem

I've got Alcatel OT7041d which immediately goes into Android system recovery after power on.

Mine is 7041D-2BP3PL1 so i've download 7041D-2[X=A,B,C,E,F,G]P3PL1.osp file and try to flash.

But after two hour of trying everything i've got is this :

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5
Searching phone;
Phone detected (@oem263.inf,%vcom_preloader%;PreLoader USB VCOM (Android))
Preparing to start flash mode;
ERROR: Device not found !
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

After 3 seconds mobile power on and jump into recovery mode.

I don't know, maybe I install bad flash drivers. Any idea how to flash this ?
And if I using bad drivers which one are correctly?
