Trully Disapointed [SOLVED]


First of all I have to say that normaly I am a huge defender of Furious Team, Furious Box and until now I had a good experience with them.
But, there is always a but.
Saturday the 28th of this Month at 17h20 GMT London, Lisbon I made the folowing request to remote unlock a SL3 Nokia Phone

We have received your request. Right now under processing using the following details:

Witch I previously had already read him with a Infinity Box, and she said the Phone was a 15NCK phone, so I Read the Hash and sent him to remote unlock with Furious Gold Services, as a trustwordy FG custumer.
But this is and would reveal, as only the beginning of a short story of nightmares, who do not remember anyone.
Supposelly where is anouced Nokia SL3 BF Calculation Codes, nothing is written that the service was suspended, inactive, or even break weekend off.
There you can read in conspicuous letters that the calculation is performed up to the maximum period of 24 hours.
For that is what should have happened, but unfortunately it was not what happened.
Was passed Sunday and I waiting for the code and nothing appeared, only stated that the process was still pending.
Reached the end of 24 hours of generation and the same thing.
I decided to contact the Hack3r2K so that it resolves the issue myself or cancels my request, but being Sunday he was not online, after all has a personal life, which is understandable, but also do I and my customers.
Then it arrived Monday, nearly 48 hours spent with one internal private message Hack3r2K by this forum, and not the first, but the second attempt by Skype and finally get an answer from him.
To which I ask him if he sawn my message and got the response that the service does not work over the weekends which I thought was hilarious and even said he was unaware that such
But that's fine too just had to deliver the mobile phone that day, but still there was time to do everything.
I asked him once again to see me what was happening with my order.
Witch I was told not to be stressed out that he had already talked to the person in-charge.
And is not that minutes later I get the email that I so anciouly waited, or so I thought!!
The answer that came was unfortunately the following:

All this time what I had to do, was to ask Hack3r2K to try to resolve what was going on and so I did.
But always there is a but.
And this time it was the complete disappointment.
I gave complete freedom to the team to try solving my issue as I quote below now for everyone to be clear that I dont find myself lying.

But I didnt got until the momento any answer or even a refund to my acount.
I plan to continue working with furiousgold but this I find unceptable.
At least a single word saying yes or no to refund to acount, the money is already on their acounts since I already made payment to furiousgold services for that credits.

I have even today tryed to talk once again with him, and I was just ignored, that is my reading from the mather, since once again even online no answer was given, not even a hello

And until the moment
What I got was:

One custumer satisfied (fortunatly)

One Bad Remote unlock with Furiousgold Box.

And a Good unlock with other service

Witch I find strange since on the first service my phone is a 20NCK and on the second it is a 15NCK digit, and we are talking about the same phone.

I got twice the spending because of this unfortunate Joke

I havent even got my refund, even though the service dint even fulfill what he states, a 24 at most to deliver unlock code, and even has given me wrong information about NCK.

I am publicaly asking only for the refund, because of the above reasons.
Dont put the blame on *******rs, has you said so inteligently Hack3r2K

I knew what I was doing, and yes I was on a hurry.
But I also want the money to make the same or other uses whith him.

I think I am beeing Just and Fair.

Not 100% refunded

Yes I have been refunded, but not fully refunded since I cannot ask for a SL3 remote unlock still.
I had 1.19 euros on acount before refund
Now I have 6.72 euros
And I had spent 7.26 euros for the sl3 remote unlock
This without being a great mathematician has something also wrong
please correct it if you dont mind

There is still missing 1,73 missing

Problem resolved

Situation resolved
Once again thak you for resolving
althought that could have been resolved has you said by you, in a more rapid and private way if you just had aswered my calling for help on skype.
But I feel also glad, for this resolution since I have again the money to use on other FG services.
