Alctatel P990 unlock but again locd after reset - GSM-Forum

Hi
I have unlock alcatel O990 one touch successfully but whenever I do factory reset it again asks for network lock key. Any idea to solve this issue? here is log

Thats normal to happen for some firmware versions
