dont b panic just download firmware and flash it with or without desktop manger it depand on u best of luck
dont forget to delet vender.xml from c/program files/commen files/reserchand motion/apploader/vender.xml
and the same folder you got loader.exe for without dektop manger flahing

so best off luck again

i have already do that but no luck

I just make one experiment.
Another blackberry (9630 tour)

* Without wipe with bbsak 1.91
-phone with good condition
i reflash with DM a variety of ways
-phone function always back to normal

* wipe with bbsak 1.91
-phone with good condition
after wipe phone becomes "reload softwares 507"
i reflash with DM/loader a variety of ways
always stop in connecting to bootrom
because the phone always restarts when DM/loader trying to connect to bootrom
and finally DM/loader warning as below:

now two mobile consumers become victims (8900 and 9630)

please give me a solution for this master

I try to reflash with three PC and two notebooks with xp and 7 operating system

Man you got drivers problem if blackberry orginal software can't comunicate with phone that all.
Just use other computer with blackberry desktop manager 5.0 or something and will work this is 100% drivers problem on your computer nothing more.
