Thumbs down Almost 2 weeks but still not receive the dongle!

I still not receive the item and now it is almost 2 weeks! No reply received after I sent them email a few times. Are they still in business or what? Or are they trying to scam my money?

Well you are a newcomer and I have been writting till yesterday... So we keep on business. As said previously Steve got personnal issues and that affected to the orders
