Is there any other option to unlock this modem? Software shows modem unlocked OK but still locked !!

Are you using branded software? This may be the issue, some operators disabled to use of other simcards with their branded dashboards

what software should i use? because modem it's unlocked but software doesn't recognise the sim

There were 2 version of U2000. One that allowed unlock and one that didnt. Maybe you have the BAD one
