applet not found update using correct pack - GSM-Forum

my box is already updated to pack 4 and has latest exe vBBERRYST_NAPALM_v1.0.0.1180 but when i run the exe it shows applet not found update using correct pack please help me out from this problem........................................... ..............

last version is Blackberry_Smart_Tool_CAFE_v1.0.0.1180

Check Support before posting

And open it from it's folder where it exist don't copy paste other wise you'll get error.

Update Dongle Again and donwload the lastest Modules.

Same problem here with pack 4 i have upgrade the dongle and update te sw, and nothing (by the way, support keeps slow)

you must to download latest sw on support area . not have else way .

actually the current version is 1.0.0.1183 but with the hyperspeed of support site, you can get it in less the a second!!!, pls pls listen to your *******rs!!! Support does not!!! Work!!!!!

the same problem with me with bbry v1.0.0.1180 pls furious gold check it and fix this problem tested with window xp and window 7
