wat y mast do to fix this???

but l boughted in new central asia in guangzhou in china at the furious gold storeand l dont have contact with them and before a month ago l bought three new pacages with 1 year support and l it brings me this problem and how can l fix this problem

sir my problem still same......y try clean cache everiting....y just run CCLEANER ...restart pc....instal firefox and same......
