I purchased the VIP package on June 9th and I went to log in today and guess what.... The VIP service expired 12 days early! Have anything to say?

No ideea will ask admin to chekc urs account. Maybe you asked for refund and therefore your acount got closed from that reason.

First of all tell us the username that you have to be sure we track the correct user.

We have tracked the account FGLIGHT8061 and we saw that you bought on 10th of June a VIP package and on 28th of June same package. Both are paid. In this particular case the fist order is ignored since there is a newer order which is paid

When I went into the account on JUNE 28 I was no longer a VIP client. The service was canceled on your end. I need this service 24/7 so I processed ANOTHER payment to re-enable the VIP account. The VIP account was canceled 12 DAYS early on YOUR end.
