BB 7100&7290 unlock error - GSM-Forum

I am using BLACKBERRY.exe pack 1, but softwear never detect them. Sometimes soft just close it self. What are the steps?

You must close blackberry desktop manager and BBDevMgr.exe from task list and be sure the drivers are installed.

do i need other drivers then the usual ones?

drivers are installed together with the blackberry desktop. but as i said that soft and one from task manager must be closed
