BB 8120 movistar - GSM-Forum

I've got BB 8120 from movistar Spain and when i try to unlock i get
Simlock info read failed!
Is it posibble to unlock? or it's not supported.

Use slow method and do direct unlock !

Can i find it in support?

Depends of version. You can extract that sfi from original install pack. You even have sticks tutorials on this. But if sw ask sfi now means u didnt check version before so now u must do full flash.
