how to fix it ?

Maybe barred IMEI. Our unlock it's a code so can't damage the phone... So for hw repair go to blackberry section

why i tell this IMEI not good some day ago i found a China Phone same problem like this IMEI after i change IMEI Phone 100% ok
IN K.S.A China Phone Is illegal when i put a valid IMEI like Nokia Its Work
so what your think ?

Well if imei it's incorrect I don't know what was done as it's not possible to change imei to new security
