BB 9000 Only Red Light Blinks


BB 9000 Only Red Light Blinks

PC doesn't detect phone.

Board is brand new.

Customer was trying to update by himself.

Any IDEA ?

Did you try to connect the phone without battery ?
some battery signs appear?
Check it ?

Donate money to this user
Phone must be connected without battery and start the flashing process. Then after PIN is found by BB software for flashing then put the battery in and procceed to flash

even without battery , it's not giving me any hope.

it has still red light blinking on it.

Any other chance or way ????
