BB8900 password locked - GSM-Forum

hi can anyone help me with clearing a device lock on a Blackberry 8900 curve, I have done this in the past where i wiped the device and reistalled the software using FG (fast code read disabled!) but for some reason i cant with this one

Searching for usb device ...
Booting usb device ...
ERR_MSG: No device detected !
Time needed - 00:00:00

what am i doing wrong!

just type 10 times wrong password its wiped all data and reset ur phone simple no need any device ............
