BLACKBERR 8700g UNABLE TO ENTER THE UNLOCK CODE - GSM-Forum

Hi mates i have Blackberry 8700c to unlock then i recive the code from online provider.

You must have a SIM card in your phone to complete these steps.

1. go to settings

2 go to options

3. go to advanced options

4. go to sim card

5. Type MEPD (not case sensitive) ( you will not see text appear on
screen
while typing )

6. Does it say Network active? if so your phone is locked

7. Hold the ALT Key while typing in MEPE ( not case sensitive ) ( you
will
not see text appear on screen while typing )

8. It will say "Enter Network MEP Code, then you type in the 16 digit
unlock code, press in the jog dial to confirm

9. Your phone is now unlocked

But i unable to enter the code bcoz there dont have SETTING MENU how can i solve this problem on phone have only following menus only

1-Keyboard Lock
2-Messages
3-Address Book
4-Call Log
5-Memopad
6-Alarm
7-Profiles (Phone only)
8-Google Maps
9-TurnWireless On
10-Turn Power Off

where can i found Setting menu please eny body Help me

Hold the Alt key (half moon) and click the trackwheel - goto Show All. It should be there.
