Please supporters kindly let me know how to unlock bb7290 (OLD BB)

here is the logs from PACK 4:

Use BLACKBERRY.exe from PACK1 .

How come the blackberry.exe cannot be click (download)
on your FG website...

The only possible I can download is Blackberry TOOL.exe (PACK4_Phoenix)

How to enter codes in BlackBerry
1. Insert any sim card
2. Turn off all of the wireless connections
3. Go to Options
4. Select Advanced Options
5. Select SIM Card
6. Hit menu select show keyboard (where needed)
7. Type MEPPD or MEPD (you will not be able to see the typed info)
8. Enter MEP2 or MEPP2
9. Now it will say enter network mep code

Done !
Time needed - 00:00:14

then you will b able to download latest installer for Furious Gold

First of all thank you all for your reply...

Now, that I got the code from PACK 1. I encountered another problem on how to input the code!

I been unlocking blackberry long time already but not lower than 8XXX
This 7290 giving me hard time

This press MEPD then all five locks info will pop-up, then I see that is still "NETWORK LOCKED " but when I press MEP2 the box never pop-up for me to input the unlock code!

Can some one tell me where is the right " ALT " button for this bb7290 model
I very confused already, never had this problem from 8xxx & 9XXX series unlocking...

Well try MEPP2 or MEPD2, I never had such problems, in fact I use to put MEPP2 or MEP2 directly

maybe counter is blocked !

If the counter is blocked where is the solution.........

for that just flash the set then try with blackberry exe it will work fine.

try this i used to slove this problem befor in 6/7xxx

1. install black berry desktop manager.
2. connect handset with pc.
3.run soft"make sure user code is disabled"
4. now your BB will reboot after this enter the MEP code
