After MEPD, you need to type MEP2.

Have you previously tried 10 times? PM me your IMEI/Operator/Country, and the code you're trying to use.

Well, your MEP2 code is correct. I don't know about the rest of them though. I've come across hardlocked 8830s that still won't accept a code even though they say "10 tries remaining". I had a Bell 8830 once that just would NOT accept a code. The way I got around it was using FG to change the lock to AT&T, setting my own unlock code, and then unlocking it with the unlock code I inputted. It worked.

Yeah, do exactly what I just suggested. Use FG to relock to a different network.

First back up the ENTIRE phone- user settings and apps.
  • Install the OS you want to use on your computer
  • Fast Code Read=Disabled
  • In the MEP box, click LOCK.
  • In Network, click ENABLED & ACTIVATED
  • In the Code box, enter in some code (example: 777778888899999)
  • Edit Networks. Put in 310 under MNC, and 41 under MCC. (These are AT&T's settings)
  • Select the SFI from the location you installed the OS
  • Do Job

Once it's flashed, unlock it using the code you put in. (example: 777778888899999)
