i m trying to get code for BLACKBERRY 9000
and i got this message

Searching for usb device ...
Reconnect USB device and retry ! Set in menu Mass Storage to Off or Phone Password to Disabled and be sure phone is charged !
Time needed - 00:00:08

I SURE THAT password is disable
and battrery full charged
any update ?

did you disable mass storage ? if that don't work do a wipe and try again

WEll and you have BB desktop software installed and you press do job and then connect?
