blackberry drivers strange issue

hi when i try reading coe of 8310bb no problem displays immediately
however on 8100bb drivers install when phone is connected message on phone lcd--insufficient usb power---- and on 8800bb the same issue
cable seems ok even quality cable with short length 10cm still the same
so some bb phones work ok and i think old models not ok

Use better usb cable, try other usb socket and, if same problem maybe too many devices connected at usb or phone connector damaged

tried on 2 computers same result
tried windows 7 same result
however took phone to a friend who also has furios box and connected the phone and unlocked it in seconds

so i need to know what i should do. i know my furios box has no problems

good usb used and no other devices plugged via usb on pc

solved on windows 7---------- i installed usb driver while bb8800 phone was plugged into usb socket-------

will try windows xp and post result as many people are having the same problem even after reinstalling bb drivers and bb desktop software
