Guys I'm new with this how do I get the software of the blackberry unlocker and how do I get the software for unlocking HTC?

I've followed all your guys tutorials and when I go to activation area all I get is pack1,2,3 and I paid for pack 4+6. I still don't get how to activate it the tools end so I already understand how to get them

Hi is there anybody who can tell me how to activate my dongle since when I go to support area to actvate it only give me the option pack 1,2 and 3 for activation while I've paid for pack 4+6.

Any one who can help out I appreciate.

well I bought it from furious team its self and IDbox:FGLight7224

box serial: 5CF111C9

download mainteance from Our webpage

and register box ...

go to support and download last version for BB

Yes I did that I've maintenance and thelast BB soft and the last HTC soft but when I register my box I only can choose pack 1,2 or 3. And I choose the pack1 cause I said maybe that's the standard one but still cannot update my bb tool and HTC tool.

Those are Extra becuase pack 4 and 5 already included and you can add one free pack so it is up to you

Ok. here is the process I did:

Downloaded latest version of Maintenance
clicked on support button
Registered (at registry I only could choose pack1,2 or 3 and I choose pack1)
Cause could not choose the actual pack that I've paid for which is 4+6.
After that I went to download area and downloaded Blackberry unlocking tool the latest one and the HTC Beast.
After this I tried updating again.
And I get this as answer:
Connecting to server...
Asking server for access ...
BOX SN: 5CF111C9
Dongle space: 25856 bytes
Card OS: 111
Erasing dongle data ... Please Wait !

I've bought it from furious-gold website it's self cause I've read allot of complains of other people that they could not update their packs (In my case pack4+6) and bought it from other reseller and to prevent this I choose to buy it there at furious-gold itself and still I'm encountering this probs.
