blackberry mass storage erro in unlocking - GSM-Forum

hello guys,
i m trying to unlock BLACKBERRY 8100 BY USING furious gold (world best)
but problem is that this device(blackberry) has security code qand during unlocking method i m getting error which is

Searching for usb device ...
Reconnect USB device and retry ! Set in menu Mass Storage to Off and be sure phone is charged !
Time needed - 00:00:17

i entred in options and i also have off mass storage but still i m getting this error
and therfore now i need help to unlock this as i have no any idea how can i get code by using furious gold

reset phone dont insert passwoord yet.

than press DO JOBS it will read or unlock phone than after that you can input passwoord

or else chek other topics about this problem

enter password remove then 1000% ok

it may be due to password if no password then just press do job then after put battery in set then insert cable in your set. it will solve ur problem .try one two time it will work surely.

thsi is due to password becaue this BBhas password and this is occuring due to password
but i donot knwo how can i remove passwprd
becaue in security only therei are 2 options 1: to change password and 2nd to wippe
but there is not anyoption to remove or disable password
if i m wrnog then pls inform em with better way this is BLACKBERRY 8100 PEARL
