Blackberry Pack4 Activation problems! - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I've recently purchased a Blackberry Dongle via FoneFunshop. This dongle should come with a full license pack4.

But when I try to update the dongle with maintenance, the software gives me the following error. Restricted PACK selection made. Review your active pack(s) !

I've already tried contacting fonefunshop and they referred us to furious. I've mailed furious a couple of times already. But sadly, no reply.

Can anyone help me out on this one. Am I doing something wrong!!!

These are my box details.

Box username: FGLIGHT2993
Box serial: 4C82****
Activation date: 2009-09-19 10:54:55 | 19 September 2009
Account status: Your account is up to date
Packs Activated: PACK3 (i never wanted pack3, why is this activated)
Email: [email protected]
Reseller Name: FoneFunShop Ltd.

Hope you can help me out on this one! I did spend 200 pounds on this thing.
