Member: 1296791 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | BlackBerry Tool Error: Can't Run Loader! Running the latest BlackBerry Tool, with Windows XP SP2 and a BB Curve 8900. I try to use the 'Clear Branding' option but whenever I do so the BlackBerry Tool reboots the device and then displays 'Error: Can't Run Loader!' Can someone help please? Happy to post log file(s) if you can tell me where they are. Thanks, Steve |
