Hi i have a really big problem

I buyed a Fg with gsm server, but the box send this masage

Your FuriousGold is nearly ready! But it was not activated by your reseller. Please contact him and ask him to activate your account.
Thank you.
You can paste your account details to your reseller

Box id:7624C0B5

I contact with GSM SERVER but they told me that i have to talk with steve because the SN its not in data base

GPGindustries®()>SN is not in DB
GPGindustries®()>pls
GPGindustries®()>connect
GPGindustries®()>to server
GPGindustries®()>I ask steve to fix now
GPGindustries®()>try
GPGindustries®()>to update box
GPGindustries®()>need make sure it connect to sever
GPGindustries®()>Pls let me know when done

What can i do!?
