Can not read blaceberry code from the phone! - GSM-Forum

I have blackberry 7100,I try to read the code from the phone.I unlock 7290 before it was ok.and now it read the code once after that no any more.
I got this log.Thanks!

I think the driver is ok.

first~~~delete the It policy,then you can read the code.

Mate you need to remove the security policy or may be remove blackberry connect software from your pc..

OK,I have the code,I just enter fews wrong code,then phone restart again,will ask you new password,do not enter new password,just use the software rede code,now you can get the code,Thanks,everyone.

if not delet password never read code unlock ..go to support and folow step how to remove password with virus.bin
