i unlock one bb 8900 wen iput the code give me the phone is unlocked the the phone is blocked + i can t power off wen i remove batry & i check the phone is locked itry with sim the same the phone have 9 inontese can you help me plz

Please try to give me better information, I can't understand your issue.

I guess you are trying to enter code, then blocks and must remove battery to work with phone. When you power on it remains locked. If this is your situation nothing can be done afaik
