Is there anyway to unlock EE Rook ZTE handset with furious gold?

Use OTSmart, select ORANGE REYO and you will unlock it

Have tried doing that but not working, heres the log;

Code:

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off to the usb cable]
Phone detected (PreLoader USB VCOM Port (COM14))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM14
ERROR: Timeout waiting !
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

Just times out, tried on two different pc's, any idea hack?

check your drivers..thats where your problem is

try selecting ot-4013 and see if boots

Selecting OT-4013 gives same result unfortunately;
