cannot unlock any blackberry phones after upgrade - GSM-Forum

Thanks everyone for this great forum. This is my first post and i have read and read for a week looking for a solution. I have the bb dongle with pack 4 and 5. everything was working fine. I could unlock all the blackberrys . The i upgraded the new maintinance and pack 4 and pack 5. everysince i have not been able to unlock not one phone. every phone gives the same message:

Searching for usb device ...
Reading info ...
IMEI: 359675013848185
Calculating ...

MEP: MEP-04104-007
Unsupported simlock type ! Sorry but you must use slow method !
Time needed - 00:00:32.
No matter what phone this is the only message I get. I looked for a way to down grade back but no way. Any suggestions or solutions?

Thanks for the reply. i looked at all of the options on the blackberry smart tool v1.0.0.961 Deluxe edition. Here is what i have done: the best support possible.

update pack 4 and disable fast code read and then try again.

Go pack 4 folder. You have there all latest versions !

I found this version that changes imei but when I try to open this error, I have done the update pack and 1,2,3,4,5,6's still the same error. Ja begotten another license and still the error remains ... should I do?
