Cannot update Pack 4 or Pack 5 on my dongle - GSM-Forum

This is the message I get when I try to do a firmware update for both pack 4 and 5:

I dont know who you paid but you dont have active suck PACKs so get in contact with ur resaller.

I got it directly from the furious-gold website, Steve Palma from furiousteam.
I sent several messages to them, but no response yet.

Guess I'll be patient and wait.
