Hi

I want to unlock a BB 9500 from US/Canada with firmware :- v.4.7.0.78 (platform 4.0.0.98)

As per your instruction. I find this details but can't find related file in your support/download site. Can you advice how can I unlock this phone through using BB Smart Tool ?

im not realy sure if this fw ver. is supported or not
hacker or luskao might confirm that
anyway if u can't find the exact SFI on Furious support area
read F.A.Q. to find out how to get the needed SFI file yourself
