can't format alcatel 1010X

hi
i got Alcatel 1010X tried to unlock with OTZFlasher and its unlock successfully
but when i swith off phone i can't turn it back on. so i format file system and phone lock again. i did unlock again but when i swith off phone again same problem. now i am trying to do total format or unlock but can't do any operation

Flash the phone with other fw from the support. Also use the latest otz flasher from the support

phone flashed successfully from support firmware but phone can't turn on.
i format flash file system its done but still can't turn on and imei N/A

this time i read flash memory but when trying to write it says wrong version

Full format kills the imei and thats the reason it wont power on. You are are instructed not to do this unless you have been instructed to do so. Never do full format unless we tell so
