Can't unlock Metro PCS huawei U2800A

I tried now U2800A with MetroPCS HUAWEI_U2800A_Firmware_V100R001CEJB118_America_TMO _05021DLM and works perfect. So format dongle/reupdate it and retry.

I've updated my software and formatted my dongle. The problem is with a driver (HauWei Technologies MSM). I tried the drivers found in the support area but they don't work. Again, I have no problem unlocking the AT&T version of this phone.

And i flashed my phone with that fw you tell about and no pb to unlock. Are you using xp ?

PACK2 but must download drivers from support and use USB 2.0 port . If you still cant manage can find me over skype and i will do it for you

Did you guys ever solve the problem with unlocking the HuaWei U2800a that was locked to MetroPCS?

All goes well until after re-plugging the USB cable. Then my PC looks for a driver but finds none. I use the drivers from support. I only get this problem when trying to unlock Metro PCS versions of this phone, the AT&T version gives no problem at all. The Communications Port says, "HUAWEI FP HANDSET- PC UI INTERFACE (COM4), when I choose "HUAWEI FP HANDSET-MODEM it doesn't see the phone (I guess that's normal). Please note that I start with the phone on. It then changes to a blue screen displaying, 'Normal USB downl". I have looked for the firmware you posted earlier in the post in hope that I could some flash this phone, but it's not in support. By the way my PC is Windows 7 32bit.
