Can't unlock U8230 ... Driver fail - GSM-Forum

Hello, i've a problem with a huawei U8230 that i can't unlock ... When i tried to unlock this device (in fastboot mode) i always get this error ...

Searching Huawei phone COM ports... not found!
Searching Android USB Interface... OK

Checking bootloader status... not running!
Connecting to server... OK
Sending data to server... OK
Reading data from server... OK
Sending data to server... OK
Reading data from server... OK
Uploading bootloader... OK
Starting bootloader... failed!
Disconnecting from server... OK

Error!
Open USB driver failed !

i don't know why i get this error whereas i've successfully unlock other huaweis phone without any problem and drivers are correctly installed ... (pulse driver 2.1 xp)

If someone can helps me it will be very awesome

Next time be sure no customer rom or boot manager installed on the phone

it was a BOUYGUES FRANCE (carrier's firmware) i did hard reset and still same problem ...
