this order was made 1 year ago 2010-04-24 01:27:48 (NOT PAID) and it was about renew your account. Pack 3 is activated on your account no problem but just need renew support for 1 year.

Look you have to wait a week for happy day and you can update dongle. The installer for pack3 will be ready pretty soon so you must wait for the happy day for updating dongle.
