WEll but server it's up and running check your isp provider and check the ports closed.

all was working without problem , i add the maintenance to excluded application in the antivirus but still same error !!
pleas guide us to solve this problem

note : i think this problem only for Moroccan user

also after install new copie of windows XP, and disabled firewall and Check all router setting.
