*This is a special humble request to FTeam [great team],
Changing/ swapping packs should be completely delinked from support account status of a box.
>One should be enabled to change to any of there [prepaid] activated packs at all the time regardless of there acc` expiry or status[ including firmware upgrades & latest updates downloads] [FREE]
>Finally we are ok to pay acc` support for flash files downloads only [PAID]

yes,the great furious team should think of it,becouse i have all the packs activated so now if my acc expiry i can't change it unless i pay for a year again.fteam do something

yes agree with it....if it is ok we can pay 1 yr for support only same as smart-clip...you cannot download file if your accont is expire but still can use software..i think it is fair enough...hope you consider it...thanks
