Changing packs with suspended acount? - GSM-Forum

currently I am using FG light dongle with pack 3 , 6, 11. and all are programed on dongle.
I have expired support and seems happy hours also not working anymore.

so now if I buy new pack without support can I write new pack over dongle without support purchase?
or any possibility in happy hours?

Really you are seriously bluffing. you just send me yesterday your latest update link over sonork and skype and I asked you same question there but you are not replying. and BTW you did not sold only 1 dongle or box we all are your clients. I just cant understand why all developers prefer too many word over simple line with good answer.

I don't send any of those links. Are automated. Anyway to conclude. If box support passes 2.5 years you cannot use it anymore and cannot use any new or old packs. It's a must to get pack X+support or just support
